I wanted to send a quick note to thank you and your team for the fantastic work on our guest bathroom remodel. After getting quotes from over 10 companies, I am so glad I chose your team. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, it was definitely the best decision.
Arthur and Denis did a great job converting the old tub into a new accessible shower in just 9 days. Additionally, the office team was always quick to respond to all of my questions.
We will definitely hire you again when we are ready to remodel the guest bedroom.

I am extremely happy with my new bathroom from IDB. It was a complete remodel, stripped down to the studs and rebuilt with a different floorplan. The process was very easy for me. I picked all the finishing materials and they were installed beautifully. I will be calling them first if I ever need another remodel.

I’m extremely grateful for the work done by Innovate Design & Build during what could have been a very stressful situation.
I was getting my house ready to put on the market when a shutoff valve in one of the bathrooms suddenly failed and caused water to spread throughout the house. The mitigation company, Flood Dry, came out and unfortunately had no choice but to remove a large portion of the flooring and open up several walls to make sure everything was properly dried. Their team worked quickly, kept everything clean, and was very professional.
They recommended that I contact Innovate Design & Build to discuss the restoration work. Roman was the first person who reached out to me, and from the beginning, he took the time to explain how the process worked and what I should expect.
Unfortunately, I had some unexpected hiccups with my insurance, which made the situation even more stressful. Roman and his team were still willing to work with me and came up with a solution that allowed me to move forward with restoring the house and getting it ready to sell again.
Throughout the project, Roman kept me updated with pictures and regular communication. He explained what was being done at each stage, helped me choose materials, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. The team worked quickly and did a great job putting everything back together. They even did the deep cleaning after their work which allowed me to put my house back on the market the same day they finished the work.
I really appreciated how responsive Roman was and how easy it was to communicate with him. He stayed involved throughout the project and made sure everything was moving forward.
I would definitely recommend Innovate Design & Build to anyone who needs a reliable and professional construction company. If you’re dealing with water damage, restoration, or a renovation project, I would definitely recommend giving Roman and his team a call.

★★★★★
I recently had work done with the Innovative Design & Build team and were very happy with experience. I originally reached out after searching a number of the top contractors on Thumbtack, and spoke with Roman, who was able to work with us on our given timeline. The team was very responsive to our needs and concerns, and offered a very reasonable quote for the job at hand. We had a bathroom pocket-door converted into a traditional swinging, hinge-hung door. The day of the build unfolded just as described, the contractor arrived punctually, was fully prepared, friendly, and very professional. He was all those things, as well as being very efficient. I was actually very surprised that one person was able to complete this job in such a short period of time. After he was done, he had us look over his work, and after we confirmed that we were happy, he took any work debris, leaving the site in the same condition as he’d arrived…with a brand new door, of course. If you’re looking to have any work done in your home, I highly recommend working with this crew (Innovative Design & Build).
Response from the owner
Thank you for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We’re glad Roman and our team were able to accommodate your timeline and make the entire process smooth and straightforward. It’s wonderful to hear that the pocket-door conversion was completed efficiently, professionally, and exactly as planned. We truly appreciate your trust in Innovate Design & Build and hope you enjoy your new door for many years to come!

I had a water damage issue in my home, and, it was a very stressful situation. I’m really glad I found Roman and Innovate Design & Build.
Roman came out and met with me, took all the measurements, looked over the damage, and helped me deal with the insurance company. He communicated directly with my insurance adjuster and negotiated the scope of the restoration, which made the whole process much easier for me.
Once everything was approved, Denis and his crew came out and started the restoration. They replaced all of the flooring in my home, completely redid my kitchen, and painted the entire house. There was a lot of work to be done, but they moved very quickly and were extremely efficient.
What I really appreciated was how clean and organized they kept everything. They were respectful of my home and did a great job keeping the work areas clean throughout the entire project.
Roman was great to work with, and Denis and the guys did an excellent job. Everyone was professional, hardworking, and clearly cared about doing the job right.
I’m very happy with how everything turned out. The whole experience went much smoother than I expected, especially considering how stressful water damage can be. I would definitely recommend Roman and Innovate Design & Build to anyone dealing with water damage or needing remodeling work done.
Five stars all the way!

IDB came into my deck project fairly late in the process, after a series of problems with other contractors. They were professional, flexible, creative, and competent. Daniel, the project manager, was extremely responsive and conscientious, working through complex coordination with the steel contractor, replacement of the specified deck railing, and ensuring that all issues were well coordinated with me. I was especially pleased with the selection of the deck lighting. As you can see from the photos, the effects are fabulous.

The team from Innovate Design & Build did an outstanding job: everything is clean, level, and precise. The stonework is a true piece of art, and the TV and fireplace are perfectly integrated — no gaps or visible wires.
What impressed me the most was their attention to detail: after the project was completed, everything was cleaned up, the surfaces were polished, and the glass doors on the cabinets sparkled. This is truly premium-level service.
